When water enters lubricating or hydraulic oil, it drives oxidation, corrosion and reduced lubrication performance. In hydraulic units, turbines and gearboxes, even small amounts of moisture can affect reliability and cause unplanned downtime. The Low Vacuum Dehydration Machine (LVDM) uses vacuum technology combined with filtration to eliminate dissolved and free water, gases and impurities from industrial oils, removing moisture down to 200 ppm.
Available in two models — LVDM-50 and LVDM-100 — the unit is built in stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and is suited to gear oil, hydraulic oil, lube oil, transformer oil and insulating oil.
