Combo – Centrifuge + Mechanical Filter

Centrifugal separation plus mechanical cartridge filtration, combined in one skid.

Overview

The Combo unit pairs a centrifuge filter stage with a mechanical filter stage on a single Karroter Technique Skid (KTS), giving you coarse-to-fine filtration in one pass. The naming tells you the build: the number (200 / 400 / 600) is the centrifuge filter model — KT200, KT400 or KT600 — and MF1 or MF2 indicates one or two mechanical filter stages.

A Pressurized Delivery (PD) option is also available: depending on application and requirement, you can choose a pressurised-delivery configuration of the centrifugal oil filter combined with cartridge filters for fine polishing of the oil.

Frequently Asked

Common questions about the Combo – Centrifuge + Mechanical Filter

What does 'KTS' stand for?

Karroter Technique Skid — the skid-mounted platform that carries the centrifuge and mechanical filter combination.

What's the difference between MF1 and MF2?

MF1 configurations include one mechanical filter stage; MF2 configurations include two, for additional fine-filtration capacity.

When should I choose the Pressurized Delivery (PD) option?

Choose PD when your application needs pressurised delivery of oil through cartridge filters for finer polishing, in addition to the centrifugal stage — tell us your requirement and we'll confirm the right build.
