More than 80% of hydraulic system failures are caused by impurities in the oil. The Electrostatic Oil Cleaner (EOC/ELC), available in multiple models, targets exactly the contamination that mechanical and centrifugal filters can miss: sludge, resin, varnish and fine dirt particles that cause friction, wear and eventual malfunction in precision hydraulic components.
The EOC line is built with a superior pump design — the pump mounts directly on a BS14 flange motor, removing the risk of misalignment, and runs on a sturdy shaft with reliable oil seals to prevent leakage. A built-in leakage-sensing mechanism collects any pump or cleaning-cell leak in a safety pan underneath the unit, automatically switching off the pump and flagging the event on screen.
